During the Masa Poornima, the Chandi Homam is performed. It is a sacred ritual performed with the intention of invoking divine blessings for various aspects of life. This ceremony is specifically aimed at averting adversity caused by adversaries and fostering prosperity.
The formidable goddesses Mahakali, Mahalakshmi, and Mahasaraswati, are collectively referred to as Chandi Devata. These deities symbolize the embodiment of divine energy and are revered for their immense power and grace.
As articulated in the revered Sridevi Bhagavatam, a sacred scripture, those who devoutly engage in the Chandi Homam on the auspicious Full Moon Day dedicated to Chandi Goddess are promised a life filled with happiness and harmonious family. Also, by aligning with the divine energies that dispel evil eyes, obstacles, and all other negative impacts.
